Firing Systems - With a minimum of maintenance, Foster Wheeler's firing systems are engineered to achieve combustion efficiency with safety, ease of control, and reliability, all while conforming to the strictest environmental standards. Whether it is for package boiler, wall or tangential fired utility or industrial applications, we can supply replacement parts for all existing applications. We are constantly looking for ways to improve the operation of our burners, and offer upgrades and redesigns for much of our older fuel burning equipment. All FW air nozzle tips are designed for high temperature structural integrity. Each is available either as a single or two-piece design fabricated from a 309 stainless steel for high temperature oxidation resistance. Other specific materials are available upon request. Where applicable, the new "Double Shroud" (PATENT APPLIED) design is provided for all air nozzle tips.
