For more than a century, we have been a leader in the design, manufacture and erection of steam generators. We have delivered over 110,000 MWe of installed generating capacity on six continents, providing utility companies and independent power producers with superior technology, built to last, for the utilization of all coals, lignite, oil, petroleum coke, biomass and natural gas.

Our natural circulation and once-through steam generator designs have a solid, proven reputation for reliability and efficiency. Our arch-fired and circulating fluidized-bed (CFB) boilers are the design of choice for firing low-volatile fuels, and when it comes to minimizing plant emissions, our steam generators have led the way toward cleaner solid fuel power generation.

A big part of our success is our constant innovation in our technology. We hold numerous patents for steam generator and component designs that improve performance and reliability, and reduce maintenance, like our extended-surface superheaters' high-efficiency steam drum internals. We are very excited about one of our newest technology offerings. We now offer BENSON Vertical Tube (BVT) supercritical steam technology for all our utility steam generators. BVT technology can produce steam substantially more efficiently and cleanly than conventional steam generator technology.
