Our four year structured Graduate Programme sets you on the path to chartership by exposing you to a variety of projects and disciplines, and is aimed at developing your career within the contract engineering industry. Each graduate is allocated a mentor from the outset and has access to a suite of courses tailored to the needs of those starting out in their careers. We are looking for graduates who are self-motivated individuals and will thrive in our multidiscipline teamworking environment. Flair and self reliance are essential qualities as we will be looking to you to provide a genuine level of support to our clients at an early stage in your career. In addition we are looking for people who share our view of continuous improvement and excellence in our work. In return we will provide you with the opportunities and environment for you to develop both your technical and leadership potential.
To join one of our accredited schemes in Engineering or Construction you will need a minimum 2:1 Masters degree in Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Control & Instrumentation Engineering. Your degree will need to be accredited by the IChemE, ICE, IMechE or IET. We also have opportunities for those with Procurement, Logistics, Quantity Surveying and Business-related courses.
