Our Graduate Programme
Our two year structured Graduate Programme sets you on the path to chartership by exposing you to a variety of projects and disciplines, and is aimed at developing your career within the contract engineering industry. Each graduate is allocated a mentor from the outset and has access to a suite of courses tailored to the needs of those starting out in their careers. We are looking for graduates who are self-motivated individuals and will thrive in our multidiscipline teamworking environment. Flair and self reliance are essential qualities as we will be looking to you to provide a genuine level of support to our clients at an early stage in your career. In addition we are looking for people who share our view of continuous improvement and excellence in our work. In return we will provide you with the opportunities and environment for you to develop both your technical and leadership potential.
You will need a minimum 2:2 degree in Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Control & Instrumentation Engineering. We also have opportunities for those with Procurement, Logistics, Quantity Surveying and Business related courses. For most of our graduate roles, a Masters degree is preferred.

The deadline for applications to join the Foster Wheeler Process / Chemical Engineering Graduate Programme in September 2009 is Monday 8th December 2008. The application deadlines in order to be interviewed "on campus" at the milkround universities will be publicised at each presentation and appear on the "Recruitment Events" page.
