Reading
Foster Wheeler Energy Limited's headquarters are located
at Shinfield Park, close to junction 11 of the M4, 3 miles (5km) to the south
of Reading town centre. The building is set in over 26 acres of raised parkland
and provides a pleasant and effective working environment for all project, corporate
and client operations. Shinfield Park also contains a restaurant, a general
convenience store, a fitness centre, and has secure parking for staff. Current
projects include numerous world-scale Petrochemical Plants in the Middle East
and China, LNG facilities for Australia and South East Asia, Refinery expansion
projects for Eastern Europe and China, Gas-to-Liquids and Coal-to-Liquids facilities
for many global locations and pharmaceutical facilities for the UK.
Glasgow
Foster
Wheeler Energy Limited's Glasgow Operation occupies a custom-built facility,
Foley House, located to the south of Glasgow, Scotland. It provides a modern,
efficient working environment and a full project execution capability and
serves both regional and international markets. Recent projects have included
pharmaceuticals facilities for Roche, Rhodia ChiRex and GSK and refinery projects
for BP at Grangemouth and other worldwide locations.
Teesside
Foster
Wheeler Energy Limited's Teesside Operation is an engineering and project management
organisation serving the regional process and production industries from a base
in Middlesbrough, Teesside. Projects include various projects for Huntsman Petrochemicals,
and additional PTA facilities for the Teesside and global locations.
Perryville
Foster
Wheeler's world-wide headquarters are located in Perryville, New Jersey, where
the company occupies two buildings on a 266 acre site. The complex has extensive
state-of-the-art resources including video conferencing, fibre optic communications
network, multimedia presentation capabilities, and state-of-the-art project
execution tools.
Johannesburg
Foster
Wheeler has operated in South Africa for 50 years and has grown to a full-service
project management, engineering, procurement, construction management, commissioning,
start-up and environmental consultancy organisation. Foster Wheeler's South
African Operations' custom-built office is located at Midrand, midway between
Johannesburg and Pretoria. Projects include chemicals projects in South Africa,
refinery and LPG work in Africa, and a gas project in Mozambique.
Thailand
Foster Wheeler has been working on projects in Thailand
since 1969 and has developed its Thailand Operations into the largest permanently-established
international E&C contractor in Thailand. The main Thailand Operations office
is close to the refineries in Sriracha and we also have a satellite office at
Map Ta Phut, a major petrochemicals complex. Thailand Operations has a full
project execution capability. Recent projects include polycarbonate plants for
Bayer in Thailand, a major refinery expansion for Esso at Sriracha, and a large
gas plant in the Philippines for Shell.
Singapore
Foster Wheeler has operated a Singapore Office since 1989
which is now part of the Asia Pacific operating zone. The Singapore office has
recently had significant involvement in Foster Wheeler's extensive Pharmaceuticals
projects in the area and is currently busy with chemicals and petrochemicals
work across the region.
