Our understanding of core liquefaction technology helped to optimise the large-scale utility and drive trains to reduce life cycle costs and improve environmental performance.

We developed a novel but practical and cost-effective design to reduce C2 and C3 from the send-out gas at the LNG receiving terminal. Our solution makes the LNG receiving terminal more flexible and able to receive various LNG feed compositions while meeting stringent calorific value export gas specifications.

Our study of GBSs and concrete FPSOs for Nigeria showed that concrete substructures supporting modularised LNG facilities offer a feasible alternative to traditional steel hulled structures.

We provided a ‘greener’ design by using the waste heat from either power plant or industrial facilities to eliminates fuel requirements whilst reducing or eliminating emissions and improving the LNG terminal land plant facilities’ thermal efficiency.
