
Perryville Corporate Park,
located in the Clinton area of Hunterdon County, New Jersey is comprised
of 265 acres and is located between two full interchanges (exits 11
and 12) on I-78. The entire 265 acre parcel has received master site
plan approval for the construction of up to 1.8 million square feet
of corporate office facilities. These buildings will be occupied by
major corporate tenants seeking a prestigious identity and a productive
working environment.
Phasing
With Phases I and III of the park fully constructed, the remaining
phases call for seven additional buildings. Phase II will consist
of three 102,000 square foot buildings, while Phase IV calls for
two 135,000 square foot buildings which can be connected by a 12,000
square foot single story atrium. Phases V and VI will comprise two
300,000 square foot facilities. All buildings will be three stories
in height.
Parking
Current plans call for a parking ratio of 4.5 cars per thousand
rentable square feet.
