• The person must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage, prioritise and process all customer requests for access to the Foster Wheeler systems and data, in India and elsewhere.
• A good understanding and working knowledge is required in the following areas, as a minimum:
• Active Directory
• Windows 2000/XP operating systems
• Lotus Notes for Email
• Citrix Administration
• Excellent spoken English is required, which is of extreme importance, together with good communication and organisational skills. |

Duties |
Key Duties :
• Process all customer requests for access to the FW systems and data.
Customer requests include but is not limited to, for example, Active Directory accounts, Lotus Notes Email accounts, Citrix & Nfuse access, Internet access, Access to data, processing requests for Customers moving from one office location to another, Global Intranet access (Clients)
• Process all leaver request forms, liaising with the UK IT Operational Manager and Customer, where required.
• Maintain records of all requests for audit purposes, in accordance with the current procedure
• Manage the System Administration email stationery
• Manage the System Administration email inbox and process requests accordingly
• Manage and maintain up-to-date System Administration working practices.
• Awareness of the current Service Level Agreements/Targets to process a customer request
Note: This role is based within the Helpdesk working area and reporting to the Helpdesk Manager, however, it excludes: Helpdesk call logging activities and Server management.
