IT Help Desk Administrator

	Special Skills	Person must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide first line support to over 2,000 customers in India and elsewhere. Good English language skills and clear diction required, which is of extreme importance, together with good communication and organisational skills. A good working knowledge of Windows Operating systems (2000/XP), Microsoft Office Applications, Lotus notes for email, Citrix administration and support, Desktop support, Basic understanding of Active Directory. Knowledge in the use of Peregrine helpdesk system would be an advantage.
