Expediting & Inspection Coordinator/Manager

	Experience	- Over 3 years material expediting & inspection experience in petrochemical /chemical / pharmaceutical or other related industries - General knowledge of the equipments being expedited and of the equipment fabrication procedures and processes - Good communication/coordination skill, strong sense of timing - For Manager Position, over 8 years related experience is must - National Registered Engineer is plus
	Duties	- Filing of all documents of importance pertinent to the contract - Expediting of materials, equipment and documents required from the supplier, such as drawings, schedules, bills of materials, performance bonds, waivers of lien, wiring diagrams, etc. - Maintaining an accurate log on the history of the negotiations between the supplier and expediter in relation to the contract progress and updates on as frequent a basis as necessary to insure on-time delivery - Arranging and coordinating the requested inspections as required prior to the actual release of the shipment - Keeping the Project Buyer, Project Manager and Director of Procurement and any and all parties as required updated as to the status of the contract or requesting assistance whenever necessary to insure on-time delivery - Coordinating shipments through the Traffic Department - Continuous surveillance and monitoring of all contracts to insure the timely execution of all documents and goods as specified within the contract - Representing the Procurement Department in all project meetings and keeping the Procurement Director informed on any key events/milestones on a regular basis - Visit supplier fabrication shops as required to perform regular on spot expediting until fabricated material / material are shipped - Maintain highest ethical and professional standards as established by the Corporation - Goods Quality inspection
