	Education	Bechelor Degree
	Experience	-A minimum of 15 years as Project Manager and/or Project Director in EPC or EPCm Projects. - Good Knowledge in Project Management covering Process, Engineering (Basic and Detailed), Procurement, Cost Control, Schedule, Construction, etc… - Language: English. (French or/and Chinese could be an advantage).
	Duties	The Project Director will be in charge to manage an EPCm project for a Grass-root Chemical Plant, he will cover the following aspects: -As Owner Delegate, the Project Director will be the main contact point between Foster Wheeler and the Client. -He will be responsible of the Detailed Engineering, Permitting, Procurement, Subcontracting and Construction Management up to the Mechanical Acceptance. -As Owner Delegate, He will be in charge of the Schedule, Quality, HSE and the Budget of the Project. -He will report the Manager of Project Execution of Foster Wheeler China and will be responsible of the Cost and Profit of the Project. -He will be in Charge of the Foster Wheeler Project Team, about 50 people located in 3 different cities in China. -He will manage and coordinate several Chinese Design Institutes. -Frequent Business Travels across China.
