Fired Heaters Project Engineer (ref 02)

	Education	Degree in mechanical or chemical engineering
	Special Skills	Leadership, teamwork capabilities, problem solving attitude, orientation to results, flexibility in multiple task executing, process and mechanical engineering background. Knowledge of Russian norms and regulations. Ready to work in an international environment and to learn international engineering working practises.
	Experience	About 2 years experience in project engineering, better if either in major Engineering Contractors or Russian Refining Enterprises
	Duties	The FH Project Engineer participates in the local coordination of the activities during the development of proposals and projects relevant to Fired Heaters. He acts as the main interface between Client and the Home Office project team, for both technical (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) and Commercial issues. He is also responsible for managing of subcontracts with Local Agencies for the provision of Certification from Russian Authorities, coordination of the overall project documentation translation in Russian language and managing of local Suppliers and Subcontractors.
	Comments	Transfer availability Availability for short and medium term assignments worldwide. Other requirements Good knowledge of English and main IT application
