	Education	Degree in engineering, preferably mechanical or chemical.
	Special Skills	Teamwork capabilities, problem solving attitude, orientation to results, flexibility in multiple task executing, knowledge of the Russian contracting and business regulations. Ready to work in an international environment and to learn international engineering working practices.
	Experience	About 2 years experience in proposal engineering
	Duties	The Proposal Engineer supports the Commercial Manager in preparation of proposals by defining the scope of services to be provided, coordinating the technical and estimating activities with all the concerned departments, developing the necessary proposal documentation in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures and, after proposal submission, following it up with Client. Moreover, he carries out some post-proposal activities like identification of deviations from the budget and support for legal, fiscal and invoicing issues.
	Comments	Transfer availability Availability for short and medium term assignments worldwide. Other requirements Good knowledge of English and main IT application
