	Education	Degree in electrical engineering
	Special Skills	Teamwork capabilities, problem solving attitude, specific technical knowledge. Knowledge of the Russian norms and regulations. Ready to work in an international environment and to learn international engineering working practises
	Experience	At least 5 years' of experience in the electrical engineering applied to refinery or chemical facilities
	Duties	The Senior Electrical Engineer develops the electrical design by doing calculations of the electrical system including telecommunication, lighting and grounding, preparing technical specifications and requisitions for electrical equipment, doing technical evaluation of the bids, approval of equipment supplier drawings for electrical system and equipment, etc.
	Comments	Transfer availability Available for short and medium-term assignment worldwide. Other requirements Good knowledge of English and electrical calculation software.
